Heat is a bad thing because it can lead to heat stroke and other problems if you are not careful. You can take measures to avoid this, but how do you know if you are doing these measures correctly?

The first thing to do is to know what is going on physiologically when you are working out. Physiology is the science of the body and how it works and if you are working out in the right way, this can help you to avoid discomfort or heatstroke as it occurs because of the way you are working out.

If you are working out in the wrong way, you are going to be working out incorrectly. You can work out incorrectly by doing the wrong exercises, doing the wrong diet, or doing the wrong sleep.

You are most likely doing the wrong exercises in the wrong way to achieve the goal you wanted because you are not using the right physiological mechanism to attain that goal. So you can work out incorrectly to avoid discomfort, but you can also work out incorrectly to achieve the goal you want. If you are doing one set of exercises for too long and then the next set is too short, then you are doing the wrong exercise and using the wrong physiological mechanism.

When you work out in the wrong way, you are going to get more discomfort. When you work out too much in the wrong way, you are going to have heatstroke. When you work out by doing the wrong way and it is too hot in the gym, then you are getting discomfort.

The way to avoid discomfort is to avoid long workouts, short workouts, and intense workouts.

Long workouts or short workouts are just doing workouts for too long and then taking a break and doing the next set of short exercises. This is what causes the discomfort. The next problem is intense workouts, which just means that you are doing too much in the short workout and then to break it down to short workouts, you are using too much effort in working out.

The best way to avoid heatstrokes is to do the right exercises and the right exercises in the right way. So this is why I say you are never going to get rid of your heatstroke.
