If you are eating at night, it is not good to eat late in the night as this affects how your body functions during your day time hours. Eating late in the day could also impact your mood in later in the day as well as your overall energy levels for the day. Also, make sure you have some fruit with your food. This will help you feel full and reduce your appetite.

Another thing which should be done is to drink water often. It will keep your body hydrated which helps the digestive system of your body to function well.

If you are taking a supplement or a pill, make sure that it is the actual source of nutrition which you are consuming at the time as well as your nutrition levels. Avoid supplements and pills which are full of chemicals and artificial. These are known to cause many problems in both your body and your mind as well.

Make sure that you are eating in a way that it is healthful and nourishing. The main thing is that your stomach is full with food so your body can digest the food quickly before it is excreted. Also, keep your body active with light work outs. Keep your body healthy by avoiding things which are unhealthy such as sugary snacks and junk food. Also, avoid eating too much during dinner. Eat fruits or a salad as a snack rather than having another meal.
