The world is full of so many choices in terms of foods it seems. It’s almost impossible to figure out which ones are good for your body. The problem is that a lot of the foods available for consumption are not natural, and therefore cannot truly provide you with the vitamins, minerals and other elements necessary for a healthy body.

For example, an apple, when picked at their natural stage may contain 10,000 IU of Vitamin C. Yet, this same apple, after being made into apple juice, may only have 500 IU of the same vitamin. You see, the body needs a lot more than the 5,000 IU to begin with, in order to have full functionality.

Therefore, you must find out which foods contain all of the components such as the Vitamin C that you need every day.

1) Food containing the Vitamin C is the best in the long run, for a body with less than 50 units. It is not only better in terms of their nutritional value, it also provides the body with all of the other components it needs for a full life.

2) You need plenty of the other essential vitamins such as A, K, E and so on, that you can get from foods that contain the other vitamins. A body with 50 units of the Vitamin C is not enough for the whole body to take all of it through the stomach. Therefore, they must come from a different food source.

3) The minerals that a body requires are also present in every food available. However, it is impossible to have everything that is needed from just one food source. This can be seen with the same minerals in different foods.

Therefore, a body must have the right number of units of the most important elements for its functioning and this can not be done through a single food source from the entire universe. It can only be done through a proper diet based on the right food such as the foods with all the components of the necessary vitamins.

You can not go wrong with a well balanced diet, in order to have a good body. All of the same nutrients are found in them. A balanced meal is also good for your soul as well. The same can be said of a diet based on the right foods. There can be a sense of joy and peace in all you do, as long as the right nutrition and a healthy living is maintained.
